Warranty & Returns


Alpine Fit stands behind each of our products. We gladly welcome feedback (positive and constructive!) and will certainly work to find a solution should you have any concern or issue. Please contact us describing the issue (and photos are helpful!) at contact@alpinefit.co. Depending on the circumstances of any individual case, we may look into options that include repair, discounted replacement, full replacement etc.


We will happily exchange all products that are in new condition, unworn, with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at contact@alpinefit.co with your order number, the item you wish to exchange and wish to receive instead. At this time, since we are a small company, we do not yet offer free return shipping labels. Please send your returns by the most economical method available in your area (with tracking, we cannot unfortunately be responsible for items that never make it back to us)! Our address is Alpine Fit LLC, 700 W 41st Ave, Ste B, Anchorage, AK 99503. The least expensive way to mail packages back to Alaska in the US is through the US Postal Service, with prices ranging from $3 to $12 depending on weight and shipping method. First Class package for parcels under 1lb (our shirts typically weight between 5-8 oz packaged) is the most economical method with a tracking number, and Priority Mail is an alternative economical option, also with tracking. Please send us your tracking number if possible to expedite the exchange process!

If for some reason the item you received was incorrect due to our error, please let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange to get you the right thing and pre-arrange a shipping label to get the incorrect one back to us!

Please note: Shipping to Alaska can be expensive! Please do not send parcels by expensive shipping methods under the assumption that we will be able to reimburse you - that is not a happy situation for either of us! Contact us first if you have any questions or need help! 


Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. We understand that it is 2020 and it is the expectation that if you buy something and it is unworn and in new condition you should be able to return it! So, when it comes down to it, we can do that. As a small business working to grow a community based business employing local people in Anchorage Alaska, we would love for you to consider an exchange, or credit note or gift card, and at the very least let us know what your potential concern/issues are and perhaps we can help find a better solution! Please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the details of the item wishing to be returned. Please see above on shipping items to our workshop address in Alaska.

**Exchanges and returns will be processed if the product in question is clean, unused, and unwashed, with the tags still intact and order number or copy of receipt included.
