Product Warranty – We stand by our products

We make our products with care in our Anchorage, Alaska workshop. We stand behind each of our products. We gladly welcome feedback (positive and constructive!) and will work to find a solution should you have any concern or issue. Please contact us describing the issue (and photos are helpful!) at workshop@alpinefit.co. Depending on the circumstances of any individual case, we may look into options that include repair, discounted replacement, full replacement etc.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange all regular products (with the exception of face masks) that are in new condition, unworn, with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at contact@alpinefit.co with your order number, the item you wish to exchange and wish to receive instead, and/or any special requests or questions! We are still small, so we do not have return shipping labels yet. In Anchorage, Alaska, we can coordinate for you to visit our workshop. If outside of Anchorage, Alaska – please send it by USPS First Class Package or Priority mail – usually the least expensive methods to send a package with tracking to Alaska. Some courier services charge a LOT to mail to Alaska – please contact us for help before spending a ton on return shipping!

If for some reason the item you received was incorrect due to our error, please let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange to get you the right thing!

Returns

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. We understand that it is 2020 and it is the expectation that if you buy something and it is unworn and in new condition you should be able to return it! So, when it comes down to it, we can do that. As a small business working to grow a community based business employing local people in Anchorage Alaska, we would love for you to consider an exchange, or credit note or gift card, and at the very least let us know what your potential concern/issues are and perhaps we can help find a better solution! Please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the details of the item wishing to be returned. Please see above on shipping items to our workshop address in Alaska.
